CT-DCOM systems are the key technology for CT-Video: components to minimize digital signal, COFDM-encrypted digital video transmission, sound and data signals have opened up the possibility for CT-Video GmbH to acquire and deliver the largest single-time order in the company’s history. Bomb and other vehicles robots are equipped with a CT-DCOM system.
The role that CT-DECT has in audio communications is the role that CT-DCOM has in the field of zero interference, COFDM-encoded digital video, audio, and data transmission. This innovative technology served as a “business card” for CT-Video GmbH. The backbone was the redesign of the CT-DCOM system in 2009: improved dimensions, weight and functions, the system could have been used more flexibly than ever, while ensuring maximum transmission quality. As he conquered customers around the world, the new system of the same year brought the largest one-time order in the history of CT-Video – approximately EUR 1.5 million.
Scenario: cameras embedded in protective helmets carried by deminers or placed in robots and other vehicles provide audio and video data.
Task: transmitting this data through radio to vehicle, and continuing to satellite to control unit. Successful completion and final financing of this order was completed in January 2010.
